This guy has been to my house twice and has done a great job both times. This last time I was having air conditioner issues and I was worried that it was going to be a big issue. He found the problem fast and didn’t try to get me to replace other parts that are still working just fine. He’s very knowledgeable, fast, and reasonably priced. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends if they ever need a HVAC guy. Simply put, I’ll plan on calling him again when the next HVAC issue arises

Hi Everyone, I wanted to follow-up with my experience. Dan the owner of Just-Rite came and installed a new evaporator coil last week in my furnace for MUCH less than the quote I received from Absolute Comfort .
Then a few days later I realized my unit outside was freezing up, I called him and he was at my house within 5 hours. He added a pound of refrigerant but noticed that the unit wasn’t defrosting but wasn’t sure if it just wasn’t defrosting because of the temperature that day. He asked me to watch it to make sure it didn’t freeze up and charged me NOTHING for the hour visit or the refrigerant.
The next day it was frozen up again. He thought from that I needed a new control board in the outside unit because it wasn’t defrosting. He came today and installed a new control board. Come to find out it was actually an issue with the way the original installer of the HVAC unit when we built our house had wired the system. Since it wasn’t the control board and he felt it was his mistake he didn’t charge me for the control board OR his visit today. The control board alone was $145 which he ate the cost of.
Short story, he came to my house 4 different times and only charged me for the day of the installation and my cost that day was 45% less than the other quotes I received.
If you are looking for an HONEST and PROMPT heating and cooling company which we all know are hard to find I highly recommend him. He’s working hard owning his own company and doing the right thing.

Just-Rite came to my rescue after 2 weeks of no air conditioning, and when my home warranty company was no help. Just-Rite found the simple fix to my AC and saved me $1000 that my warranty company was telling me I was going to be paying out of pocket. Called earlier today about my AC unit acting up. Seriously the easiest set up for a home fix that I’ve experienced. Being a first time homeowner I was unaware of the little things I should know about my AC unit and he explained things to me in such an easy way to understand. Dan literally came in, fixed my AC and was out in less than 30 minutes! So thankful for him and I will be a continuing customer that’s for sure! 😁

Dan did a thorough job replacing our aged HVAC system – he had the best bid out of three contractors ($5K less than the other contractor who bid a similar product from Carrier), and took an incremental and iterative approach to fixing the cooling issues we had in our older home. I appreciate a contractor who doesn’t want to throw all the bells and whistles on a century old house. Dan’s team was prompt, courteous and responsive to our concerns. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Indianapolis looking for a great HVAC company doing really solid work.

I called Dan based solely on reviews of being honest, quick, accurate, and reasonably priced. He is all of those. Dan and his employee came out the same day that I called. From my research, I was nearly certain the capacitor needed replaced on my A/C unit. Dan guessed that too over the phone. He showed me the capacitor. It was bulging exactly as displayed by Google photos. He had the part with him. They made sure I had cool air and good air flow before leaving. They didn’t try to upsell to a new unit nor a pricey service plan. Dan was in and out in 30 minutes. They are gentlemen whom I feel comfortable having in my home. As always, do research and read reviews to make informed decisions, however for me, I now trust this company for things that I may have lesser knowledge about. I will call him when I’m ready to replace my unit.

We called Dan when our air conditioner quit working. He came out the next day to give us an estimate on a larger better unit. Middle of the summer and very hot. Dan wasn’t going to be able to replace it right away so he took the time to come to our house and put enough Freon in our old unit, with no charge, to get us through till he could replace it.We were thankful for that. I would recommend just-rite to anyone. They are prompt, helpful, friendly and very reasonable pricing. Top notch company.
